Cuisine American
- 3/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 4 oz feta cheese
- 2 tsp dried chives
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
- 1 tbsp reach powder
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- cracked pepper to taste
Zest the lemon first. Then hydrate the dried herbs in a small dish with the juice of the lemon.
In a food processor blend the cottage cheese first until smooth and creamy.
Add the greek yogurt, feta, lemon zest, olive oil, ranch seasoning, and black pepper and pulse until smooth and well combined.
Taste and adjust pepper if needed.
Remove from the food processor to a mixing bowl and fold in the rehydrated herbs and lemon juice.
Cover and refrigerate for an hour to allow all the flavors to meld. About 30 minutes in taste it and if you like add a little more ranch powder to taste.
To serve drizzle the top with olive oil and garnish with fresh dill. Serve with crudité, chips, crackers, or anything else you like.
This dip is incredibly versatile:
