Chef Lynn Wheeler is a restaurant industry veteran, self-taught chef, and occasional drag queen. In a career that spans over 25 years, he has done it all: from washing dishes to managing the front of the house. Opening Divalicious Catering Lynn first brought his talents to clients in New York City. As executive chef at The Village Trattoria in New York, Lynn injected the menu with creative nouveau Italian dishes, house-made ice creams, and delicious desserts. While executive chef at Third & Vine in Jersey City, he developed a menu full of signature recipes and collaborative creations paired with the rare and exotic offerings of the innovative wine and cheese tavern. Lynn has acted as a chef, manager, and consultant for various local businesses in Florida, including Funky Monkey Bistro and Celebration Tea Room. Meanwhile, Lynn worked passionately to create his mobile food, personal chef, and catering business, which he brings to local farmers’ markets, events, and clients’ homes.
