Whipped Feta Ranch Dip (High-Protein, Lower Sodium)

whipped ranch feta dip

If you love ranch dip but want something a little more elevated (and honestly, way more flavorful), this whipped feta ranch dip is about to be your new go-to.

It’s creamy, tangy, herby, and packed with protein thanks to a blend of Greek yogurt and cottage cheese. And instead of relying entirely on a packet of ranch seasoning—which can be heavy on sodium—we’re building real flavor with fresh dill, hydrated herbs, and a hit of lemon.

The result? A dip that tastes restaurant-level, but is easy enough to throw together in minutes.

Why You’ll Love This Recipe

This isn’t just another ranch dip—it’s a smarter, more balanced version.
Perfect for veggies, chips, sandwiches, or a snack board
High in protein from Greek yogurt and cottage cheese
Lower in sodium by cutting back on ranch seasoning
Super creamy and whip-able (no grainy texture here)
Fresh, herby flavor that tastes homemade, not packaged

How to Store
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Give it a quick stir before serving—if it thickens too much, add a small splash of water or lemon juice to loosen it up.

Variations
Want to switch things up? Try one of these:
Hot Honey Drizzle: Sweet + spicy contrast that’s chef’s kiss
Spicy Ranch: Add hot sauce or a pinch of cayenne
Jalapeño Ranch: Blend in fresh or pickled jalapeños
Roasted Garlic: Add a few cloves of roasted garlic for depth

Final Thoughts
This whipped feta ranch dip is what happens when you take something familiar and make it better—more balanced, more flavorful, and honestly, more exciting. It’s the kind of recipe that feels just as at home on a casual snack plate as it does on a spread for guests. And once you make it this way… it’s really hard to go back to the packet-only version.
